Typical Accessing Schemes of EVs' Charging and Exchanging Facilities Based on EVs' Development Stages

为了保障电动汽车(electric vehicle,EV)充换电设施安全可靠地接入配电网,探讨了电动汽车不同发展阶段充换电设施的接入方案。首先,从供电电源电压等级选定、充换电站负荷等级划分、供电电源配置、主要设备选型和电能质量治理等方面,提出了EV充换电设施接入电网的技术原则;然后将EV的发展阶段定义为前期阶段和后期阶段,并总结了前期阶段充换电设施接入配电网的典型方案及其适用场景,探讨了后期阶段充换电站以V2G形式接入电网的典型方案,旨在为充换电设施的规划设计和运行管理提供依据。

In order to ensure that EVs'charging and exchanging facilities can safely and reliably access to the power distribution network,this paper discusses different accessing schemes of EVs'charging and exchanging facilities in different development stages of EV.It firstly proposes technical rules for EVs'charging and exchanging facilities accessing to the power grid in aspects of selection of voltage level of power supply source,load level classification of the EVs'charging station,power supply source layout,main equipment selection and power quality control.Then it defines EVs'development stages as the early stage and the later stage and summarizes typical schemes for EVs'charging and exchanging facilities accessing to the power distribution network in the early stage and applicable scenes.It also discusses typical schemes for EVs'charging and exchanging facilities accessing to the power grid in the form of V2G in the later stage so as to provide basis for planning and design and operation management of EVs'charging and exchanging facilities.
