基于光纤布喇格光栅的配电变压器分布式温度监测方法 被引量:9

摘要 配电变压器在运行过程中由于动态增容需要、配电网三相不平衡的影响、变压器结构设计优化需要等因素,绕组会出现温升热点,加速绝缘老化,降低变压器使用寿命;而配电变压器绕组热点温度监测对于确保其安全稳定运行具有重要意义。为实现对配电变压器绕组温度准确监测,提出一种基于光纤布喇格光栅的配电变压器分布式温度监测方法,首先介绍了光纤布喇格光栅测温原理;其次基于COMSOL有限元仿真软件对10 kV配电变压器温度场分布进行仿真计算,得到绕组温升热点位置,并据此设计出光纤光栅温度传感器布置方案;最后通过改进制造工艺,研制出基于光纤布喇格光栅的分布式温度监测配电变压器样机,并进行了额定负载条件下的温升试验。试验结果表明,绕组热点分布与仿真结果相符。 Due to factors such as dynamic capacity increase requirement,affect of three-phase unbalance of the distribution network,design optimization of transformer structure and so on,hot spot of temperature rise will occur in windings of the distribution transformer in the running process,which may accelerate insulation aging and decrease service life of the transformer.And monitoring on hot spot temperature is very important to ensure safe and stable operation of the distribution transformer.In order to realize accurate monitoring on winding temperature,this paper presents a kind of monitoring method for distributed temperature of the distribution transformer based on fiber Bragg grating(FBG).It firstly introduces principle of FBG temperature measurement,and then on the basis of COMSOL finite element simulation software,it makes simulating calculation on temperature field distribution of 10 kV distribution transformer and obtains hot spot locations of winding temperature rise.It designs layout scheme for the FBG sensors.Finally,by means of improving manufacturing techniques,it develops the distribution transformer prototype and makes temperature rise test under the condition of rated load.The results indicate winding hot spot distribution is in consistent with the simulation result.
