基于当前不动产登记工作的现状和未来,本着"便民、高效"的服务原则,着眼解决申请人弄懂难、备齐难、排队难、受理难、办结难等问题,本文提出基于互联网+不动产受理模式,将不动产登记服务延伸至申请人手里,有效减轻登记中心受理现场的办理压力,实现由申请人自助完成业务受理的基本信息录入、要件扫描上传、材料分类归档等烦琐工作,有效提高登记中心业务受理准确度和受理量,进而破解不动产登记工作中的效率瓶颈,为申请人提供便捷高效的优质服务,打造未来不动产登记业务受理的新常态。

This article is based on the present and future of real estate registration,in line with"convenient,efficient"service principle,focus on the solution to the applicant understand,prepare,queuing,and pending problems,based on Internet+,we intend to build a self-service mode for the applicants,so that,we can effectively reduce the work pressure of the registration center,and effectively improve the accuracy and the amount of registration,which will be a new normal mode of the real estate registration business in future.
