Operation and Management of Chinese Football Super League

从联赛的运营管理、电视转播权、上座率、引进外援等方面,分析了中超联赛的发展现状、存在的问题和原因,提出了以下解决方法:在管理机制方面,中国足协应减少对联赛的干预,充分发挥市场的作用;在电视转播权方面,消除垄断,完善联赛的法律建设,营造电视转播权自由竞争的环境;在上座率方面,努力提高联赛的竞技水平,加强对基础设施的建设和提高联赛的组织能力;在外籍球员引进工作方面,重视对我国足球经纪人的培养,加强对国内球员的培养和外籍球员的管理。

This paper analyzes the current situation,existing problems and reasons of the development of the Super League,and puts forward the following solutions.In terms of management mechanism,the Chinese Football Association should reduce the intervention of the league and give full play to the role of the market.In the aspect of TV broadcasting right,we should eliminate monopoly,perfect the legal construction of league,create the environment of free competition of TV broadcasting right,improve the competitive level of league,strengthen the construction of infrastructure and the organizing ability of league in the aspect of attendance.It is proposed t increase and improve the number and quality of Chinese football agents in the introduction of foreign players to strengthen the training of domestic players and the management of foreign players.
