新时代加强领导干部家风建设探析——从中国文化的视角出发

A Study of Cadre's Family Tradition in the New Era

家风是中国传统文化的重要组成部分,不仅指导人们的价值选择、品德修养,也影响着社会风气的形成,中国共产党一直以来就非常重视加强领导干部家风建设。但在传承发展过程中,领导干部家风文化渐断、家风不正导致腐败现象等问题突出,加强领导干部家风建设刻不容缓。从文化根源来看,领导干部家风出现问题,不仅受文化传统中迂腐观念的影响,还受到社会中不良思潮的侵蚀。所以,加强领导干部家风建设要从优秀治家文化中汲取营养;传承红色家风的价值理念;加强教育学习,提高领导干部党性修养;构建良好的家庭文化氛围,从严治家引领家庭向好向善。

Family tradition is an important part of Chinese traditional culture.It not only guides people’s value,morality and culture,but also affects the formation of social atmosphere.The Chinese Communist Party has always attached great importance to the construction of cadres’family tradition.However,in recent decades the problems like deterioration and corruption within the cadres’families are prominent,so it is urgent to construct a sound family tradition.These problems are caused not only by the pedantic concept in the cultural tradition,but also by the unhealthy ideas in society.Therefore,we should resort to the good family culture,inherit the value of the red family tradition,improve the party spirit of the cadres through education,and resort to strict regulations to guide the cadre’s families.
