尿液分析在诊断尿路感染中的意义评定

Evaluation of the Significance of Urine Analysis in the Diagnosis of Urinary Tract Infection

目的在诊断尿路感染中应用尿液分析,以此评定尿液分析在诊断尿路感染中的意义。方法选择住院患者共计100例,均进行尿路培养,选择时间:2016年2月—2017年2月。结果 100例尿路培养的患者中,检出细菌共计91株;其中,存在WBC≥2^+、细菌数≥4 000(65例)的检出细菌有61株,阳性率为93.85%;存在WBC≥2^+、亚硝酸盐呈现阳性(12例)的检出细菌有10株,阳性率为83.33%;存在亚硝酸盐呈现阳性、细菌数≥4 000(15例)的检出细菌有12株,阳性率为80.00%;存在WBC≥2^+、细菌数≥4000、亚硝酸盐呈现阳性(8例)的检出细菌有8株,阳性率为100.00%。结论尿液分析在诊断尿路感染中的应用意义十分肯定,能够及时发现尿路感染患者,并对培养呈现阳性患者合理应用抗生素进行治疗。

Objective To analyze the significance of urine analysis in the diagnosis of urinary tract infections by using urine analysis in the diagnosis of urinary tract infections. Methods A total of 100 hospitalized patients were selected and all were urinary tract culture. The selection time was from February 2016 to February 2017. Results A total of 91 bacteria were detected in 100 cases of urinary tract culture. Among them, there were 61 strains with WBC ≥2^+ and bacteria number≥4 000(65 cases), the positive rate was 93.85%; WBC≥2^+ were 10 detected bacteria with positive nitrite(12 cases), the positive rate was 83.33%; there were 12 detected bacteria with positive nitrite and ≥4 000(15 cases), the positive rate was 80.00%; there were 8 detected bacteria with WBC≥2^+, bacteria number≥4 000 and nitrite positive(8 cases), the positive rate was 100.00%. Conclusion The application of urine analysis in the diagnosis of urinary tract infection is very positive. It can detect patients with urinary tract infection in time, and treat patients with positive culture to apply antibiotics reasonably.
