顺向泪道置管术后不同的拔管时间对于治疗泪道阻塞的疗效的影响

Effect of Different Extubation Time after Cistern Lacrimal Duct Catheterization on the Treatment of Lacrimal Duct Obstruction

目的分析顺向泪道置管术后不同的拔管时间对泪道阻塞治疗疗效产生的影响。方法 2016年6月—2018年5月,于该院行顺向泪道置管术的患者中选取119例,随机分为两组,对照组患者于术后1个月将泪道引流管拔除,观察组于术后3个月将泪道引流管拔除,对比两组患者疗效与并发症情况。结果观察组上泪道阻塞治疗总有效率为87.50%,高于对照组的63.16%(χ~2=6.266 8,P<0.05);观察组鼻泪管阻塞治疗总有效率为80.00%,稍高于对照组的61.90%,(χ~2=1.620 3,P>0.05)。结论上泪道阻塞患者拔管时间越晚,手术有效率越高,而鼻泪管阻塞患者手术效果不受拔管时间影响。

Objective To analyze the effect of different extubation time on the treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction after cistern lacrimal duct placement.Methods From June 2016 to May 2018,119 patients in the hospital who underwent lacrimal duct catheterization were randomly divided into two groups.The control group patients were removed from the lacrimal duct at 1 month after surgery.The observation group was removed from the lacrimal drainage tube 3 months after surgery,and the efficacy and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of lacrimal duct obstruction in the observation group was 87.50%,which was higher than that of the control group(63.16%),(χ^2=6.266 8,P<0.05).The total effective rate of nasolacrimal duct obstruction in the observation group was 80.00%,slightly higher than the control group of 61.90%,(χ^2=1.620 3,P>0.05).Conclusion The later the extubation time of patients with upper lacrimal duct obstruction,the higher the operation efficiency,and the surgical effect of patients with nasolacrimal duct obstruction is not affected by the extubation time.
