脑卒中患者实施抗抑郁治疗的康复效果探讨

Rehabilitation Effect of Antidepressant Therapy in Stroke Patients

目的研究在脑卒中患者的治疗过程中实施抗抑郁治疗对患者所起到的康复效果作用。方法选取2016年2月—2017年2月该院收治的100例脑卒中患者为研究对象,其中对照组患者采用常规治疗,不进行抗抑郁药物治疗,观察组患者在对照组常规治疗的基础上采用抗抑郁性治疗,从抑郁程度、运动和神经功能、治疗有效率等方面对于不同治疗效果进行数据的收集整理与对比分析。结果经过4周的干预治疗之后,两组患者的抑郁程度都有所下降,在治疗之前两组患者的运动和神经功能评分方面对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者的运动和神经功能评分都有所改善,差异有统计学意义(t=4.214、3.212,P<0.05)。观察组患者总有效率是96%,而对照组患者则只具有64%%的治疗总有效率,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=2.195,P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中患者实施抗抑郁治疗能够有效改善患者的抑郁状态,促进患者运动和神经功能的提升,提升患者生活自理能力评分。

Objective To study the effect of antidepressant therapy on the rehabilitation of patients with stroke.Methods 100 cerebral apoplexy patients in the hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the research object Patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy without antidepressant therapy.The patients in the observation group were treated with antidepressant therapy based on the conventional treatment of the control group.The treatment effects were different from the aspects of depression degree,exercise and nerve function,and treatment efficiency were analyzed and compared.Results After 4 weeks of intervention,the degree of depression in both groups decreased.There was no significant difference in the scores of exercise and neurological function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The motor and neurological scores of the two groups were improved,the different was statistically significant(t=4.214,3.212,P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96%,while the control group had only 64%of the total effective rate of treatment.the different was statistically significant(χ^2=2.195,P<0.05).Conclusion Antidepressant treatment for stroke patients can effectively improve the patient's depression status,promote the improvement of patients' motor and nerve function,and improve the patient's self-care ability score.
