120例老年高血压患者的血脂分析

Analysis of Blood Lipids in 120 Elderly Patients with Hypertension

目的分析老年高血压患者的血脂状况。方法以该院2016年1—12月收治的120例老年高血压患者为研究对象,另外选取同时期在该院接受健康检查的健康老年者50名,相应视作高血压组、健康组,两组研究对象均接受血脂检测,分析结果。结果高血压组LDL-C、ApoB、TG、TC较健康组更高,HDL-C为(1.30±0.55)mmol/L、ApoA1为(0.86±0.22)mg/dL,较健康组HDL-C、ApoA1 (1.59±0.42)mmol/L、(1.44±0.23)mg/dL更低(t=8.49、3.34、15.45、30.36、5.10、11.26,P=0.00),高血压组男性LDL-C、ApoB、TG、TC、HDL-C、ApoA1分别为(4.12±1.03)mmol/L、(1.33±0.52)mmol/L、(0.86±0.23)mg/dL、(1.95±0.23)mg/dL、(1.41±0.55)mmol/L、(5.91±1.04)mmol/L,女性分别为(4.16±0.99)mmol/L、(1.34±0.57)mmol/L、(0.90±0.24)mg/dL、(2.01±0.25)mg/dL、(1.42±0.54)mmol/L、(5.94±1.01)mmol/L(t=0.21、0.10、0.90、1.32、0.10、0.16,P=0.83、0.92、0.37、0.19、0.92、0.88);高血压组60～70岁、71岁及以上患者的血脂水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年高血压患者的血脂水平与健康老年人群差异明显,通过测定老年高血压患者血脂水平能够判断其病情,提供临床诊疗科学指导。

Objective To analyze the blood lipid status of elderly hypertensive patients.Methods A total of 120 elderly hypertensive patients admitted to the hospital from January to December 2016 were enrolled in the study.In addition,50 healthy elderly persons who underwent health examinations in the hospital at the same time were selected as hypertension group and the healthy group,both groups of subjects received blood lipid testing and analyzed the results.Results LDL-C,ApoB,TG,and TC were higher in the hypertension group than in the healthy group,HDL-C was(1.30±0.55)mmol/L,and ApoA1 was(0.86±0.22)mg/dL,which was better than healthy group HDL-C,ApoA1(1.59±0.42)mmol/L,(1.44±0.23)mg/dL(t=8.49,3.34,15.45,30.36,5.10,11.26,P=0.00),hypertension group LDL-C,ApoB TG,TC,HDL-C,and ApoA1 were(4.12±1.03)mmol/L,(1.33±0.52)mmol/L,(0.86±0.23)mg/dL,(1.95±0.23)mg/dL,(1.41±0.55)mmol/L,(5.91±1.04)mmol/L,females were(4.16±0.99)mmol/L,(1.34±0.57)mmol/L,(0.90±0.24)mg/dL,(2.01±0.25)mg/dL,(1.42±0.54)mmol/L,(5.94±1.01)mmol/L(t=0.21,0.10,0.90,1.32,0.10,0.16,P=0.83,0.92,0.37,0.19,0.92,0.88).There was no significant difference in blood lipid levels between the 60-70 years old,71 years old and above in the hypertension group(P>0.05).Conclusion The blood lipid level of elderly hypertensive patients is significantly different from that of healthy elderly people.The blood lipid level of elderly hypertensive patients can be used to judge the condition and provide scientific guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
