硫辛酸联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效

Efficacy of Lipoic Acid Combined with Alprostadil in the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的探究硫辛酸联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法选取2013年1月—2017年12月在该院进行住院治疗的82名内分泌科患者,随机分为对照组与观察组(每组41例)。对照组患者,采用单一硫辛酸静脉滴注的治疗方法;观察组患者则采用硫辛酸联合前列地尔联静脉滴注的治疗方法,两组疗程均为1周。比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效及神经传导改善情况。结果观察组患者的临床疗效[(治疗后症状评分:(2.7±0.3)分、体征评分:(4.1±0.5)分(t=23.454)及神经传导改善情况[MNCV:正中神经:(55.1±3.8)m/s、腓总神经:(47.2±3.6)m/s、SNCV:正中神经:(46.6±3.7)m/s、腓总神经:(43.2±3.4)m/s]均优于对照组的临床疗效[治疗后症状评分:(3.8±0.4)分、体征评分:(5.8±0.6)分(t=21.767)]及神经传导改善情况[(MNCV:正中神经:(49.7±4.1)m/s、腓总神经:(43.1±3.7)m/s、SNCV:正中神经:(40.3±3.6)m/s、腓总神经:(37.6±3.2)m/s(t=9.106;7.295;10.899;10.546)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硫辛酸联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变具有显著疗效,能有效促进神经纤维的修复,提高疗效。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of lipoic acid combined with alprostadil in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods Eighty-two endocrinologists who were hospitalized in the hospital from January 2013 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group(41 cases in each group).Patients in the control group were treated with a single infusion of lipoic acid;patients in the observation group were treated with lipoic acid combined with alprostadil infusion,both for 1 week.The clinical efficacy and improvement of nerve conduction after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the patients in the observation group[(post-treatment symptom score:(2.7±0.3)points,physical score:(4.1±0.5)points(t=23.454)and improvement in nerve conduction(MNCV:median nerve:(55.1±3.8)m/s,common peroneal nerve:(47.2±3.6)m/s,SNCV:median nerve:(46.6±3.7)m/s,common peroneal nerve:(43.2±3.4)m/s]were superior to the clinical efficacy of the control group[(post-treatment symptom score:(3.8±0.4)points,physical score:(5.8±0.6)points(t=21.767)]and improvement in nerve conduction[MNCV:median nerve:(49.7±4.1)m/s,common peroneal nerve:(43.1±3.7)m/s,SNCV:median nerve:(40.3±3.6)m/s,common peroneal nerve:(37.6±3.2)m/s(t=9.106;7.295;10.899;10.546)],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lipoic acid combined with alprostadil has significant curative effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy,which can effectively promote the repair of nerve fibers and improve the curative effect.
