对超声BI-RADS分级在诊断乳腺病变应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨乳腺病变诊断中超声BI-RADS分级的应用价值。方法选取2017年1月—2018年7月乳腺肿块患者95例,应用彩超BI-RADS分级标准开展分级诊断,同时为患者进行穿刺活检或病理检查,将其作为诊断金标准,判断超声BI-RADS分级对乳腺病变诊断的准确率。结果该组患者中25例患者超声BI-RADS分级为Ⅱ级,病理检查结果均为良性;50例患者超声BI-RADS分级为Ⅲ级,病理检查结果除1例为恶性外,其余均为良性;18例患者超声BI-RADS分级为Ⅳ级,病理检查结果 14例为良性,4例为恶性;2例患者超声BI-RADS分级为Ⅴ级,病理检查结果均为恶性。结论超声BI-RADS分级可有效鉴别乳腺肿块的良恶性,从而为临床诊治提供参考依据。 Objective To investigate the application value of ultrasound BI-RADS classification in the diagnosis of breast lesions. Methods 95 patients with breast masses were enrolled in this study. The color Doppler BI-RADS grading standard was used for grading diagnosis. The patient was also subjected to biopsy or pathological examination as a diagnostic gold standard to determine the accuracy of ultrasound BI-RADS grading in the diagnosis of breast lesions.Results Of the 25 patients in this group, the grade of ultrasound BI-RADS was grade Ⅱ, and the pathological examination results were benign. The 50 patients with grade B-grade ultrasound were grade Ⅲ, and the pathological examination results were benign, except for one case malignant; 18 patients with ultrasound BI-RADS grade Ⅳ, pathological findings 14 were benign, 4 were malignant; 2 patients with ultrasound BI-RADS grade Ⅴ, pathological findings were malignant. Conclusion Ultrasound BI-RADS classification can effectively identify the benign and malignant breast mass, which provides a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
