延续护理对高血压患者血压、血脂的影响

Effect of Continuous Nursing on Blood Pressure and Blood Lipids in Patients with Hypertension

目的探究延续护理对高血压患者血压、血脂的影响。方法该次研究选取2017年9月—2018年5月于该接受治疗的50例高血压患者,将其划分为对照组与观察组两组,每组各25例。为两组患者提供常规降血压治疗。采用健康调查量表SF-36评估出院前两组患者的生存质量。观察组患者出院后给予个体化延续护理,出院6个月后对两组患者进行随访。对比两组患者出院6个月后在血脂、血压两项指标方面的差异,并再评价两组患者的生存质量。结果观察组患者出院6个月后平均SBP指标为(123.32±9.07)mmHg,对照组为(139.53±7.84)mmHg,观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=-1.657,P<0.05)。对照组患者出院6个月后平均精神健康得分(68.29±9.14)分,观察组得分(80.68±9.19)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.429,P<0.05)。结论为高血压患者提供延续护理,能够有效控制患者的生存质量与血压状况,实现护理的延伸性和持续性,为高血压患者提供充分的帮助与支持,临床价值值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effects of continuous nursing on blood pressure and blood lipids in patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 50 hypertensive patients who underwent treatment from September 2017 to May 2018 were enrolled in this study.They were divided into two groups,control group and observation group,with 25 cases in each group.Regular blood pressure lowering therapy was provided for both groups of patients.The quality of life of the two groups of patients before discharge was assessed using the Health Survey Scale SF-36.Patients in the observation group were given individualized extended care after discharge,and the patients in the two groups were followed up after 6 months of discharge.The differences in blood lipids and blood pressure between the two groups after 6 months of discharge were compared,and the quality of life of the two groups was evaluated.Results The average SBP index of the observation group was(123.32±9.07)mmHg after 6 months of discharge,and the control group was(139.53±7.84)mmHg.The observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the different was statistically significant(t=-1.657,P<0.05).The average mental health score(68.29±9.14)points of the observation group patients after 6 months of discharge,the controll group score(80.68±9.19)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.429,P<0.05).Conclusion Providing continuous care for patients with hypertension can effectively control the quality of life and blood pressure of patients,realize the extension and persistence of nursing,provide adequate help and support for patients with hypertension,and the clinical value is worth promotion.
