急性脑梗死偏瘫早期康复护理对日常生活的影响价值评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Early Rehabilitation Nursing on Hemiplegia in Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的观察评价急性脑梗死偏瘫早期康复护理对日常生活的影响价值。方法随机选取2016年3月—2018年6月期间该院收治的88例急性脑梗死偏瘫患者作为该次观察分析对象,将其根据患者入院顺序平均分成观察组44例和对照组44例,给予对照组患者常规护理措施,给予观察组患者早期康复护理措施,对两组护理康复效果进行对比评价。结果护理后观察组护理康复总有效率为97.7%,而对照组患者护理康复总有效率仅为86.4%,组间数据差异有统计学意义(χ~2=3.880 1,P<0.05);观察组护理后神经功能、生活质量及日常生活能力评分分别为(4.8±1.6)分、(4.9±1.7)分、(4.7±1.5)分,显著优于对照组神经功能、生活质量及日常生活能力评分的(3.2±1.1)分、(3.3±1.2)分、(3.4±1.3)分,组间数据结果对比差异有统计学意义(t=5.466 0、5.100 3、4.344 3,P<0.05)。结论针对急性脑梗死偏瘫患者给予早期康复护理措施,可有效提高患者康复效果,改善患者神经功能,增强患者生活质量及日常生活能力,该护理措施建议临床推广和应用。

Objective To evaluate the value of early rehabilitation nursing for hemiplegia in acute cerebral infarction.Methods Eighty-eight patients with acute cerebral infarction who were admitted to the hospital from March 2016 to June 2018 were randomly selected as the observation and analysis subjects.The patients were divided into observation group(44 cases)and control group(44 cases)according to the order of admission.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures,and the early rehabilitation nursing measures were given to the observation group.The nursing rehabilitation effects of the two groups were compared and evaluated.Results The total effective rate of nursing rehabilitation in the observation group was 97.7%,while the total effective rate of nursing rehabilitation in the control group was only 86.4%.There was significant difference between the groups(χ^2=3.880 1,P<0.05).The neurological function,quality of life and daily living ability scores of the observation group were(4.8±1.6)points,(4.9±1.7)points,and(4.7±1.5)points,respectively,which were significantly better than the control group's neurological function,quality of life and daily life scores of(3.2±1.1)points,(3.3±1.2)points,and(3.4±1.3)points of the scores were statistically significant,and the statistical significance was significant(t=5.466 0,5.100 3,4.344 3,P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing measures for patients with hemiplegia due to acute cerebral infarction can effectively improve the rehabilitation effect of patients,improve the neurological function of patients,and enhance the quality of life and daily living ability of patients.This nursing measure is recommended for clinical promotion and application.
