探讨循证护理在心血管介入术围手术期中的临床应用及其价值

Exploration on the Clinical Application and Value of Evidence-based Nursing in the Perioperative Period of Cardiovascular Intervention

目的探讨循证护理在行心血管介入术治疗患者围手术期中的应用效果。方法选择2017年5月—2018年5月期间于徐州医科大学附属医院心血管科心血管介入术治疗的患者64例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组32例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施循证护理干预。采用舒适状况量表(GCQ)评价两组术后24 h及48 h舒适度;使用该院自制调查量表评价两组患者护理满意度,并观察两组患者并发症发生情况。结果观察组术后24 h、48 h舒适度评分为(69.92±4.07)分、(83.80±5.05)分,高于对照组的(51.65±3.80)分、(63.95±4.79)分,差异有统计学意义(t=18.561、16.133,P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为6.25%,低于对照组的46.88%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=13.537,P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为93.75%,优于对照组的73.88%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.379,P<0.05)。结论循证护理在心血管介入术围术期护理中的应用效果显著,能够有效降低并发症发生风险,改善患者舒适度及护理满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application effect of evidence-based nursing in the perioperative period of patients undergoing cardiovascular intervention.Methods A total of 64 patients who underwent cardiovascular interventional therapy in the Department of Cardiology,Xuzhou Medical University Hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,32 in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group implemented evidence-based nursing intervention on this basis.The comfortable condition scale(GCQ)was used to evaluate the comfort of the two groups at 24 h and 48 h.The self-made survey scale was used to evaluate the nursing satisfaction of the two groups,and the complications of the two groups were observed.Results The comfort scores of the observation group were(69.92±4.07)points and(83.80±5.05)points at 24 h and 48 h after operation,which was higher than that of the control group(51.65±3.80)points and(63.95±4.79)points.The difference was statistically significant(t=18.561,16.133,P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.25%,which was lower than that in the control group(46.88%).The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=13.537,P<0.05).The score was 93.75%,which was better than 73.88%of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.379,P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing has a significant effect in the perioperative nursing of cardiovascular intervention,which can effectively reduce the risk of complications,improve patient comfort and nursing satisfaction,and is worthy of popularization and application.
