摘要
学业困难生的帮扶教育是大学生思想政治教育中重要的组成部分。在学风建设上除了进行广泛层面上的动员教育,对于少数学业困难生,还需要采用"深度辅导"方式进行一对一的帮扶教育。借鉴"萨提亚模式",基于"建立—引导—改变"深度辅导流程,通过建立联系、建立共情,引导自我发觉、自我接纳,最终促使改变并巩固改变,从而有效帮助学业困难生发现问题、接纳问题、解决问题,明确学习目标,提高学习效率,改善学业状况。
The help education for students with academic difficulties is an important part of the ideological and political education of college students.In addition to the mobilization education for constructing the academic style,it is also necessary to adopt an approach of"depth counseling"to carry on one-on-one support education for those students with academic difficulties.Based on"Virginia Satir Model",there are three stages to constitute a whole chain for such depth counseling,which can be outlined as"establish-guide-change".The first stage is to establish contacts and empathy.This kind of student-faculty interaction can lead to the second stage of guiding students to discover and accept themselves,and will not only promote but also consolidate the changes in the final stage.During this process,those students with academic difficulties can find problems,accept them and finally solve them.As a result,their learning objectives can be clarified,their study efficiency can be improved,and thereby the improvement of their academic status can be expected.
