Analysis of the Impact of College Students' Innovation Projects on the Cultivation of Innovative Talents based on the Knowledge Creation Theory——Take the “One Day” Birthday Theme Restaurant as an Example

基于知识创造理论视角,以项目"one day"生日主题餐厅为例,从学生的视角分析国家级大学生创新创业训练计划项目(以下简称大创项目)对创新人才培养的影响。项目开展过程中,团队成员在不同的场景中通过共享知识产生新的知识,达成项目预期的成果,并使项目成员的知识和创新素质得以提升。

Based on the perspective of knowledge creation theory,this paper takes“one day”birthday theme restaurant as an example to analyze the impact of College Students’innovation and entrepreneurship training program on the cultivation of innovative talents from the perspective of students.In the process of project development,team members share knowledge,cooperate and produce new knowledge in different scenarios.Ultimately the expected results of the project were achieved.The personal knowledge and innovative quality of project members can be improved.
