基于新媒体的实验室管理信息系统设计

Design of Laboratory Management Information System based on New Media

实验室管理工作是院校日常事务管理工作内容之一。在新媒体环境下为了提升实验室管理水平、提升实验室利用率,可以将新媒体技术运用到实验室管理信息系统设计中。其中,微信公众平台作为新媒体重要形式之一,能够应用在实验室管理信息系统设计中,满足实验室管理需求,获得理想的实验室管理效果。通过分析现阶段实验室管理中存在的主要问题,阐述微信公众平台新媒体在实验室管理中的作用,对基于微信公众平台的实验室管理信息系统设计展开研究。

Laboratory management is one of the tasks of daily affairs management in colleges and universities.In the new media environment,in order to improve the management level of the laboratory and improve the utilization rate of the laboratory,new media technology can be applied to the design of the laboratory management information system.Among them,WeChat public platform,as one of the important forms of new media,can be applied in the design of laboratory management information system to meet the needs of laboratory management and obtain the ideal laboratory management and management effects.This paper analyzes the main problems existing in laboratory management at the present stage,expounds the role of new media in WeChat public platform in laboratory management,and discusses the design of laboratory management information system based on WeChat public platform.
