民办高校校企合作长效机制研究

Study on the Long-Term Mechanism of School-Enterprise Cooperation in Private Colleges

校企合作协同育人可以充分发挥高校和企业各自的优势,形成资源互补、优势互补,已成为高校转型发展、创办应用技术大学和培养应用型人才的必然选择。以黄河科技学院为例,对民办高校校企合作现状进行介绍,并对校企合作案例开展分析,总结了取得的成效与存在的不足。根据校企合作现状和案例分析,提出校企合作长效机制的构建框架,为校企合作的研究和实践提供参考。

School-enterprise cooperation can give full play to the advantages of universities and enterprises,form complementary resources and advantages,and naturally become the inevitable choice for universities to transform and develop,establish applied technology universities and cultivate applied talents.Taking the Yellow River institute of science and technology as an example,this paper introduces the current situation of school-enterprise cooperation in private colleges and universities,analyzes the school-enterprise cooperation cases,and summarizes the achievements and shortcomings.Based on the current situation of school-enterprise cooperation and case analysis,this paper puts forward a framework of long-term mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation,which provides certain reference for the research and practice of school-enterprise cooperation.
