民办普通高校体育专业学生知识能力结构与就业策略研究

Study on the Knowledge and Competence Structure and Employment Strategies of Physical Education Majors from Private Colleges

立足民办普通高校体育专业学生知识能力结构现状,以西安、山东、河南3省的10所民办高校和公立院校体育专业学生为研究对象,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈等方法,分析了影响民办普通高校体育专业学生就业的因素,提出应充分发挥民办普通高校办学机制灵活、学科重点突出的教育资源优势,优化课程设置,加强学科交叉能力的培养,强化教师责任,加强就业指导等对策与建议,为民办普通高校体育专业学生实现优化培养、良性就业提供参考依据。

Based on the current situation of the knowledge and ability structure of the students majoring in Physical Education in private colleges,this paper studies the students majoring in physical education in 10 private colleges and public colleges in Xi’an,Shandong and Henan Provinces By using the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview,this paper analyzes the factors influencing the employment of PE students in private colleges.The paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions that should give full play to the advantages of educational resources,such as flexible school-running mechanism,focus of discipline,optimizing curriculum,strengthening the cultivation of interdisciplinary ability,strengthening the responsibility of teachers and strengthening the employment guidance.It provides a reference for the PE majors in private colleges and universities to realize the optimization of training and employment.
