Basic construction fee budget management is the most important part of the military infrastructure financial management process.It is an indispensable key content,which is directly related to the maximum improvement of the efficiency of capital construction.Therefore,in the budget management of capital construction fees,the modern army must establish an advanced management concept,combine its own management situation and needs,and reasonably formulate a professional and perfect budget management system for basic construction fees,and achieve the goal of refined management of internal budgeting of the military.To comprehensively improve the budget management level.This paper will further analyze and discuss the budget management of strengthening the army’s capital construction costs.
