Discussion on the Management and Control Mechanism of Railway Engineering Consulting Process

以规避铁路工程咨询业务流程管理中的风险因素为出发点,梳理与企业内部控制方面有关的文件要求,审视设计咨询业务与企业内部控制机制的内在联系。通过分析铁路工程咨询单位业务流程上的管控要点和依托BIM技术的新增长点,提出了在铁路全面推广BIM技术应用之际,工程咨询单位业务管控的应对措施。要积极响应技术政策,加快信息化建设的步伐;同时制定保障措施,以促进公司持续稳定发展。

Starting from avoiding the risk factors in the process management of railway engineering consultation,this paper combs the requirements of industry documents related to the internal control of enterprises,and examines the internal relationship between the consultation process and the internal control mechanism of enterprises.Then,by analyzing the key points of management and control in the process of railway engineering consulting,and by studying the new growth point relying on BIM technology,the paper puts forward the properly method in process management and control when the application of BIM technology is promoted in railway industry.It is concluded that we should actively respond to technological policies,speed up the pace of information system construction,and formulate safeguard measures to promote the sustainable and stable development of the company.
