摘要 伴随经济与科技的进步,医疗行业获得了迅速发展。人力资源管理是医院日常经营管理的重要组成部分,直接影响了医院医护人员的工作效率与质量。人力资源管理是否能坚持科学理念、采取合理手段对于提高员工工作积极性与医院的长足发展至关重要。从医院人力资源管理的特征出发,分析了利用以人为本理念实施人力资源管理的意义,并就以人为本理念下医院人力资源的管理策略展开了探讨,以为实现医院人力资源的人性化管理提供若干建议,促进医院的现代化发展。 With the advancement of economy and technology,the medical industry has developed rapidly.Human resource management is an important part of the daily operation and management of hospitals,which directly affects the efficiency and quality of hospital medical staff.Whether human resources management can adhere to scientific concepts and adopt reasonable means is crucial to improving the enthusiasm of employees and the long-term development of hospitals.Based on the characteristics of hospital human resource management,this paper analyzes the significance of using human-oriented concept to implement human resource management,and discusses the management strategy of hospital human resources under the people-oriented concept,in order to provide some suggestions for realizing humanized management of hospital human resources,promote the modernization of hospitals.
