摘要
本文利用水资源贫困理论分别从环境、资源、能力、设施、使用5个方面建立了综合评价指标体系,采用熵权改进的优劣解距离法综合评估了2009—2017年葫芦岛市水资源贫困状况,并通过障碍度模型对水资源贫困障碍因子进行了深入剖析。科学、合理地判断葫芦岛市水资源贫困治理的障碍因子,对促进葫芦岛市水资源的保护、优化配置及可持续利用具有重要意义。
In the paper,theory of water resources poverty is utilized to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system from 5 aspects such as environment,resources,capabilities,facilities and use.TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference by similarity to an Ideal Solution)improved by entropy is adopted for evaluating water resources poverty in Huludao from 2009 to 2017.Obstacle factors of water resources poverty is deeply analyzed through the obstacle degree model,thereby scientifically and reasonably judging the obstacle factors of water resources poverty control in Huludao city,which is of great significance to the protection,optimal allocation and sustainable utilization of water resources in Huludao.
