摘要
为研究闫潭灌区水资源综合利用效益,本文从经济、社会和生态环境3个层面构建评价指标体系,以水资源综合效益及其特征量作为评价物元,构建了闫潭灌区水资源综合效益评价的物元模型。该模型能够灵活扩充评价指标维数,通过局部灵敏度变化对评价结果进行验证,结果表明:2001—2017年闫潭灌区水资源综合效益逐步提升,但仍存在明显的空间分布差异,因此今后的渠线建设过程中应注重局部水资源均衡分配。
An evaluation index system is established in the paper from three aspects of economy,society and ecological environment in order to study the comprehensive utilization efficiency of water resources in Yantan irrigation area.Comprehensive benefit of water resources and its characteristic quantity are regarded as the evaluation material elements.A material element model of the comprehensive benefit evaluation of water resources in Yantan irrigation area is established.The model can flexibly expand the dimension of evaluation index and verify the evaluation results through the changes of local sensitivity.The results show that the comprehensive benefits of water resources in Yantan irrigation area gradually increase from 2001 to 2017,but there are still obvious spatial distribution differences.Therefore,the balanced distribution of local water resources should be focused in the future canal line construction process.
