京杭大运河(聊城段)文化带工作浅析

Brief analysis on cultural belt work of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal(Liaocheng Section)

为解决京杭大运河文化带建设存在的水量偏少、文物保护工作不合理、非物质文化遗产传承存在隐患等一系列突出问题,本文对聊城大运河保护与开发现状以及聊城市为推进京杭大运河文化带建设开展的主要工作进行了阐述,从打造全域水城、加强运河遗产保护、文化旅游开发等方面对开展聊城大运河开发与保护工作提出了一些思路,同时对下一步重点推进的项目及规划提出了一些建议,以期为大运河流域水文化开发提供参考。

Liaocheng grand canal protection and development situation and main work of Liaocheng to promote the construction of Beijing-Hangzhou grand canal culture belt are described in the paper in order to solve a series of prominent problems during the construction of Beijing-Hangzhou grand canal cultural belt,such as less water,unreasonable protection of cultural relics,and hidden dangers in the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.Some ideas are proposed for development and protection of Liaocheng Grand Canal in the aspects of creating whole region water city,strengthening canal relics protection,developing culture tourism,etc.Meanwhile,some suggestions are proposed to projects and plans which will be mainly promoted in the future,thereby providing reference for developing water culture in the grand canal basin.
