摘要
小浪底综合数字办公平台(简称OA系统)于2016年进行了最新版的升级改造,升级后用户访问速度较慢,影响了水利政务办公效率。为提高用户响应速度,成立了QC小组对OA系统进行现状调查,通过运用头脑风暴、树状图分析等方法,最终确定了7条影响速度的主要原因,并逐条制定、实施了相应对策。经用户实际测试,效果良好,OA系统响应时间达到预定目标,可为同类水利信息化项目提供借鉴。
Xiaolangdi comprehensive digital office platform(OA System for short)was upgraded to the latest version in 2016.Users’access speed is relatively slow after the upgrading,which affects the efficiency of water conservancy government office.The QC team is established to investigate the status quo of OA System in order to improve the response speed of users.7 main reasons affecting the speed are finally determined through brainstorming,tree graph analysis and other methods,and corresponding countermeasures are formulated and implemented one by one.The effect is good and OA System response time reaches the predetermined goal after actual testing by users,which can provide reference for similar water conservancy informatization projects.
