寒地人居环境绿色性能优化设计关键技术研究与应用 被引量:2

摘要 我国寒地城乡面积广袤、人口众多,其人居环境品质对于可持续国家战略落实具有重要意义。本文针对寒地气候严酷、室外环境物理性能波动大,建筑能耗高、碳排放量大,室内环境品质改善难等问题,展开寒地人居环境绿色性能优化设计关键技术研究与应用,提出了寒地建筑室外环境、围护结构体系和室内环境绿色性能优化设计关键技术,为我国寒地人居环境绿色建设提供了理论支撑和技术保障。 The quality of human settlements in the vast urban and rural areas in cold regions of China is of great significance for the implementation of the national strategy of sustainable development.This article addresses the following issues:the harsh climate,the physical properties of outdoor environment fluctuating greatly,high energy consumption and carbon emissions,indoor environment quality is difficult to improve and so on,puts forward three sets of key technologies,including the key technology of green performance optimization design of outdoor environment,building envelope system and indoor environment in cold region,which provides a theoretical support and technical support for our living environment of green construction.
