摘要 本文系统地介绍了产能建筑方案设计,既融合了被动式超低能耗建筑设计理念,又进行了大胆的研究和创新,其中气凝胶毡材料应用于热桥处理部位及管道保温、玻璃钢窗和高隔热高透光的隔热涂料组合应用、产能建筑实践等均属于国内首次应用实践;并将海绵城市、智慧城市的理念和技术有机地与项目方案相结合。 This paper systematically introduces the design of energy-plus building,which combines the passive and ultra-low energy building design concept as well as bold research and innovation.The aerogel felt material is applied to the heat bridge processing part and pipeline insulation,glass steel window and high partition.The combination of heat and high light transmission coatings and energy-plus building belong to the first application practice in China.What’s more,the concept and technology of sponge city and smart city are organically combined with the project plan.
