The Evolution of Anti-corruption Theories of CPC in the 40 Years of Reform and Opening——on Legality of CPC's Ruling

中国共产党一直都在与腐败作斗争,尤其自改革开放以来,在反腐败的理论上不断创新,制度上不断改革。邓小平不仅重视思想建设,而且认为制度带有根本性的问题;江泽民提出了依法反腐、标本兼治的思想;胡锦涛认为我们应该采取惩防结合的方式来反对腐败以提升执政能力;习近平以零容忍的态度、强震慑的威力来达到"不敢腐、不能腐、不想腐"的效果而最终为人民谋得幸福。不管是以谁为核心的党中央,都应该要把人民的利益放在最高位置,通过加强反腐来证明共产党的执政能力及其合法性。

CPC has been fighting against corruption.Especially since the opening and reform,the anti-corruption theories have been innovated and the anti-corruption systems perfected.Deng Xiaoping valued the ideological construction and believed that the system itself was crucial.Jiang Zeming put forward his thought of fighting against corruption according to laws and dealing with it from both symptoms and root.And Hu Jintao held that we should adopt the punishment-prevention method to deal with corruption in attempt to improve our ruling ability.In addition,Xi Jinping thinks that the zero-tolerance and strong-deterrence policy can achieve the effect of ensuring officials do not dare,are not able,and have no desire to be corrupt.In such a case,we can bring well-being to people.The CPC central committee with whomever is the core should put the people’s interest in the highest position and constantly fight against corruption to prove her ruling ability and legality.
