伴随着十九大的胜利召开及圆满结束,在这一历史时期下责任和使命已是非常清晰,我们肩负着加快改革发展的重任。当前,新疆已经进入全面建成小康社会的关键时期。2017年新疆的哈密市、昌吉回族自治州、克拉玛依市被国家列为绿色金融改革创新试验区,新疆绿色金融的发展到了一个全新的阶段,新疆绿色金融的发展面临着重大的历史机遇,是建设发展绿色金融的重要契机。本文主要通过对新疆绿色金融的发展现状、发展模式进行分析研究,找出现在发展所面临的困境,借鉴国外发展经验,促进新疆绿色金融的发展。
