People's Democracy:Advantages,Challenges and Countermeasures

体现党性和人民性统一性的人民民主,在世界政治中彰显了其强大的治理能力的优势。但是,人民民主面临的挑战也不容忽视,既有因话语权缺失而承受的国际思潮的压力,更有来自内部的党性、官僚主义、社会结构、民主形式不足等制度性挑战。所以,维护人民民主的根本之道首先还是在全面从严治党中抓住"关键少数"的环节,在结构性改革中去除那些危害民生的制度安排,在完善民主形式中坚持党的领导,并基于中国政治发展而建构自主性民主话语权。

People’s democracy,which embodies the unity of the Party spirit and people’s character,has demonstrated its strong advantage in governance in the world’s politics.But,the challenges faced by people’s democracy cannot be ignored,not only because of the pressure of international ideological trend due to the lack of discourse power,but also because of institutional challenges such as internal Party spirit,bureaucracy,social structure and lack of democratic forms.The fundamental way to safeguard people’s democracy is first to seize the“key minority”link in the overall strict management of the Party,remove those institutional arrangements that endanger people’s livelihood in the structural reform,adhere to the Party’s leadership in perfecting the democratic form,and construct an independent democratic discourse power based on China’s political development.
