颅脑损伤患者院前救治的研究进展

Prehospital management of traumatic brain injury

颅脑损伤(TBI)致残、致死率较高,严重威胁国人健康。在TBI患者的救治过程中,及时有效的院前急救和处置是降低TBI致残、致死率,提高救治水平的关键环节。我国目前的院前急救主要是由"120"急救中心人员和现场非专业人员共同完成,院前急救人员TBI专业救治知识及经验储备不足,TBI患者不能得到及时专业有效的救治是制约我国TBI救治水平提高的重要原因之一。本文将对和平时期交通伤、坠落伤等所致TBI的院前评估、治疗和转运综述如下。

Traumatic brain injury(TBI)is a serious threat to the health of Chinese people because of its high rate of the disability and morality.In the treatment of TBI patients,timely and effective pre-hospital treatment is the key link to reduce the disability and mortality of the TBI and improve the treatment level.The current pre-hospital treatment in China is mainly completed by“120”emergency center personnel and on-site non-professional personnel.The professional knowledge and experience reserve of pre-hospital emergency personnel for brain trauma treatment are insufficient,and the failure of TBI patients to receive timely,professional and effective treatment is one of the important reasons restricting the improvement of TBI treatment level in China.In this paper,the pre-hospital assessment,treatment and transport of the TBI patients caused by peacetime traffic injury and falling injury are summarized as follows.
