摘要
目的总结和分析心理护理对胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者的价值。方法回顾性分析2016年5月至2016年12月177例胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者的心理状态,对其进行心理护理。结果恶性肿瘤患者普遍有心理问题,对其进行心理护理有助于提高患者战胜病魔的信心。结论有针对性的对恶性肿瘤患者进行心理护理有助于减少患者抑郁、焦虑等负性心理,增强抗肿瘤治疗的效果,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To analyze the value of psychological nursing in patients with gastrointestinal cancer.Methods From May 2016 to December 2016,the psychological status of 177 gastrointestinal cancer patients treated in the First Hospital of China Medical University was analyzed retrospectively.Psychological nursing was given to the patients.Results Patients with malignant tumors generally had psychological problems,and psychological care helped to improve patient′s confidence in fighting against the disease.Conclusions The psychological nursing in patients with malignant tumor can reduce the negative psychology of depression and anxiety,enhance the effect of anti-tumor therapy and improve the quality of life of patients.
