摘要 对GC-MS鉴别木材的影响因素进行综述,分别对该技术的进样方式、进样萃取溶剂、以及木材总离子流图的统计分析方法进行归纳与总结。应用于GC-MS鉴别木种的进样方式包括直接导入进样及间接导入进样,间接导入进样使用的萃取溶剂需要同时满足溶剂的极性强、安全性高、经济性好,并且利于维护设备,GC-MS鉴别木材得出的总离子流图的统计分析方法主要是主成分分析法及相关系数法。GC-MS作为一种先进的分析技术应用于木种鉴别领域,具有灵敏度高、快捷、高效等优势,本研究通过总结分析该技术的影响因素与研究进展状况,对GC-MS应用于木材鉴别具有理论与实践指导意义。 This study reviewed the influencing factors of wood identification by GC-MS, and summarized the sample inject method, the solvent used to extract the sample and the statistical analysis method of total ion current map of wood. The methods used to identify wood species by GC-MS include direct injection and indirect injection. The solvent used to extract the sample during indirect injection needed to satisfy the strong polarity, high safety, good economy, and conducived to equipment maintenance. The statistical analysis methods for the total ion current map for wood identification by GC-MS are to analyze the main components and the correlation coefficient of total ion current map of wood. As an advanced analytical technique, GC-MS is applied in the field of wood species identification. It has the advantages of high sensitivity, rapidity, and high efficiency. This study summarized and analyzed the research progress on the influencing factors of wood species identified by GC-MS, which has theoretical and practical significance.
