收入分配关系到经济持续发展和社会稳定,一直以来都得到各国政府和社会公众的高度关注。实现收入分配公正且合理是现代政府治国理政的重要目标。文章通过国际对比,从宏观层面分析世界主要发达国家收入分配格局现状、趋势及原因,为我国宏观收入分配格局的优化、调整,提供有益的借鉴和参考。

Income distribution is related to sustainable economic development and social stability, which has been highly concerned by governments and the public. Achieving fair and reasonable income distribution is an important goal of modern government in governing the country. Through international comparison, this paper analyses the current situation, trends and their causes of the income distribution pattern in the major countries of the world from the macro level, and provides useful reference for the optimization and adjustment of the macro-income distribution pattern in China.
