创业者领导行为与新创企业绩效——科技型和非科技型企业的比较研究

The Relationship between Entrepreneur Leadership Behaviors and the New Venture Performance——A Comparison of the High-tech and the Non-high-tech Ventures

创业者的有效领导是新创企业实现创业目标的保障,然而,目前创业者领导行为的情境有效性研究不足,如企业类型对创业者领导行为有效性的影响。基于此,文章利用大规模问卷调查的方式实证研究了不同的创业者领导行为与新创企业绩效的关系,以及不同类型企业背景下创业者领导行为对新创企业绩效的影响作用。结果发现:创业者领导行为(指令领导和授权领导)均积极影响新创企业绩效;科技型企业背景下,创业者授权领导行为对新创企业绩效的影响强于指令领导行为;非科技型企业背景下,创业者指令领导行为对新创企业绩效的影响强于授权领导行为。研究弥补了相关理论研究的不足。

The effective leadership behavior of entrepreneurs is critical for new ventures. However, the research on the relationship between entrepreneur leadership behaviors and the new venture performance is ignored. Hence, based on a large -scale questionnaire survey, this paper explored the relationship between entrepreneur leadership behaviors and the new venture performance, and their impact on the new venture performance in different types of new ventures. The results show that entrepreneur leadership behaviors ( directive leadership and empowering leadership) have positive effects on new venture performance, and the effect of empowering leadership is stronger than directive leadership for high-tech new ventures, and the effect of directive leadership is stronger than empowering leadership for non -high-tech new ventures. This research has made up for the lack of related theoretical research.
