农业生产性服务业发展研究述评

Research Review on the Development of Agricultural Productive Service Industry

农业生产性服务业正从各地现代农业产业体系建设中加速形成并脱颖而出,成为推动农业供给侧改革、带动小农户发展现代农业、加快农业农村现代化的重要产业路径。文章以内涵与边界、历程与现状、机理与作用、供给与需求、经验与启示研究方法为线索,综述了农业生产性服务业的相关研究。总体上看,现有研究尚处于对现状层面问题的研究阶段,研究方法和结论多有值得商榷之处,不利于理性认识农业生产性服务业的发展规律和战略意义。对此,提出了完善此领域研究的建议。

The agricultural productive service industry is forming quickly and is standing out from the construction of modern agricultural industry system. It is an important industrial path to promote the agricultural supply side reform, drive the small farmers to develop modern agriculture, and accelerate the modernization of agricultural and rural areas. Taking connotation, scope, history, present situation, mechanism, effects, supply, de 鄄 mand, experience, and research methods as clues, this paper reviewed the related research on agricultural productive services. Most of the existing research was the description of current situation. Their research methods and conclusions were mostly debatable, which was not conducive to the ra 鄄 tional understanding of development law and strategic significance of agricultural productive service industry. Finally, suggestions for improving the research in this field are put forward.
