摘要
幼师高专毕业生存在专业知识割裂、缺乏实践能力、非智力品质有待提升等"短板"。通过改善专业课教学、建立有效的实习指导基地、加强校园合作、多渠道开展院校毕业生职后继续教育等措施,可推动幼专院校职业教育模式创新,提高毕业生从业素质。
There are some shortcomings for the graduates of Pre-school Teachers College, such as the separation of professional knowledge, the lack of practical ability and relatively low non-intellectual quality. By improving the teaching of professional courses, establishing an effective practice guidance base, strengthening the cooperation between colleges and kindergartens and carrying out multi-channel post-service continuing education for the graduates, the innovation of vocational education model in Pre-school Teachers College can be promoted and the professional quality of graduates can be improved as well.
