Employment Situation of College Students and Guidance Strategies of Counselors

新时代结构性就业矛盾依然存在,就业质量亟须提高,女学生就业压力高于男生,大学生就业形势依然不容乐观。高校在大学生就业指导中准备略显不足,作为高校就业指导工作利益相关方,辅导员在实现毕业生高质量和充分就业中的就业指导策略选择,可以从增强就业指导的创新性和有效性,与家长、校职能部门、企业保持家校企经常性互动,重塑大学生"劳动最光荣"的就业理念方面着手,以促进大学生更好就业。

In the new era, the structural employment contradiction still exists and the quality of employment needs to be improved urgently. The employment pressure of female students is higher than that of male students, and the employment situation of college students is still not inspiring. Colleges and universities are slightly underprepared in employment guidance for college students. As stakeholders of employment guidance in colleges and universities, counselors, when making their choices of employment guidance strategies in realizing high quality and full employment of graduates, should consider the following aspects: enhancing the innovation and effectiveness of employment guidance, maintaining regular home-school-enterprise relationship with parents, school functional departments and enterprises, and reshaping the college students’ employment concept of "working is the most glorious thing", in order to promote employment of college students.
