摘要
分别控制不同的温度、pH、活性污泥质量浓度、染料废水质量浓度和搅拌速度的条件下,分析不同因素对活性污泥的吸附性能的影响。结果发现各种因素对脱色效果的影响不同,活性污泥温度为25℃时,对甲基橙的脱色率最大;pH值为7时,对染料结晶紫的脱色效果最好;活性污泥质量浓度3 g/L时,对三种染料脱色效果最佳;搅拌转速200 r/min时,活性污泥对三种染料的脱色效果最好;染料质量浓度对活性污泥的脱色效果的影响较为复杂。
The effects of different factors on the adsorption performance of activated sludge are analyzed under different conditions of temperature, pH, activated sludge mass concentration, dye wastewater concentration and stirring speed. The results show that various factors have different effects on the decolorization. When the temperature of the activated sludge is 25 °C, the methyl orange gets the biggest decolorizing rate; when pH is 7, the crystal violet gets the biggest decolorizing rate; when the activated sludge mass concentration is 3g/L, the decolorizating effects of the three dyes are the best; when stirring speed is 200 r/min, the activated sludge has the best effect on the decolorization of the three dyes. The influence of the dye concentration on the decolorization effect of the activated sludge is rather complicated.
