高校研究生思想政治教育“五位一体”新模式的构建

Construction of a New “Five in One”Mode of Postgraduate Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities

针对高校研究生思想政治教育工作面临的新挑战,提出构建"五位一体"研究生思想政治教育新模式,即落实导师是研究生培养第一责任人的要求、发挥研究生辅导员育人的主体作用、以思政课为思想政治教育主渠道、做好研究生秘书服务育人工作、发挥研究生干部朋辈教育的功能。

Aiming at the new challenges faced by postgraduate ideological and political education in colleges and universities,this article proposes to construct a new model of“five in one”postgraduate ideological and political education.That is to say,to fulfill the requirement that tutors are the first responsible person for postgraduate training,to give full play to the main role of postgraduate counselors in educating people,to take ideological and political courses as the main channel of Ideological and political education,to do a good job of postgraduate secretary service in educating people,and to play the role of peer education of postgraduate cadres.
