分析了党的十九大报告提出的"文化自信"的内涵与外延,坚定"文化自信"与坚持"百花齐放、百家争鸣"办刊宗旨是紧密联系、相互贯通、相互作用的。学术期刊作为学校科研成果展示、学术交流的平台与窗口,要在媒体融合的大背景下,找准定位,创新发展,用新理论来指导组稿、选稿及编辑出版工作。要加强策划,抓住重点,实现创新性选题;弘扬传统文化、地方文化,打造期刊特色;创新发展,融合发展,最终实现繁荣兴盛。

This paper analyses the connotation and denotation of“cultural self-confidence”put forward in the report of the 19th National Congress of CPC.It is closely related,interlinked and interactive to strengthen“cultural self-confidence”and adhere to the purpose of“letting a hundred flowers blossom and a hundred schools of thought contend”.Academic journals,as a platform and window for displaying scientific research achievements and academic exchanges in schools,should be positioned accurately,innovated and developed under the background of media integration,and guide the editing and publishing of manuscripts by using new theories.We should strengthen planning,grasp key points and achieve innovative topic selection;carry forward traditional culture and local culture,create journal characteristics;develop innovatively and integrally,and ultimately achieve prosperity.
