从连云港到苏州与“三苏”同城——当代空间批判理论视域下江苏空间结构的变革

From Lianyungang to Suzhou and the “Three Su” in the Same City:Transformation of Jiangsu's Spatial Structure from the Perspective of Contemporary Space Critical Theory

江苏域内传统意义上的苏南、苏中、苏北,从空间地理分界和经济社会发展水平上看,均可谓泾渭分明,难相僭越。而倚借高铁这一新型交通运载工具,广袤的江苏全域可望迎来城市空间结构的重组,"三苏"同城的时代有望到来。从连云港到苏州依托高铁而实现的2～2.5h的时空距离,即成"三苏"同城的"门槛"。当下学界所讨论的空间批判理论,在较全面的意义上凸显"三苏"同城等空间生产在"社会构造"中的关键作用,成为江苏空间变革的主要理论依据。以连淮宁苏高铁线路为龙头和主导的高铁时空压缩作用驱动下的江苏空间地理区位的嬗变即"三苏"同城,不仅是加快江苏尤其是传统板块意义上的苏中和苏北实质性地融入泛长三角经济区的题中先义和本义,是江苏"国情面相"首要的和实质性的破解之道,更是省委、省政府民生共享战略和"强富美高"新江苏愿景得以真正实现的基础和前提。

Southern,central and northern Jiangsu,in the traditional sense of Jiangsu province,are clearly divided from each other in terms of spatial and geographical dividing line and economic and social development level.With the help of high-speed rail,a new type of transportation vehicle,the vast area of Jiangsu is expected to usher in the reorganization of urban spatial structure,and the era of“Three Su”in the same city is expected to come.The space-time distance of 2-2.5 hours from Lianyungang to Suzhou relying on high-speed railway is the“threshold”of“Three Su”in the same city.At present,the critical theory of space discussed by the academic circles highlights in a more comprehensive sense the role of space production in“social structure”such as“three Su”in the same city,which has become the main theoretical basis for spatial change in Jiangsu.The evolution of Jiangsu’s spatial geographic location driven by the spatio-temporal compression of Lianhuai-Ningsu high-speed railway is not only the forerunner and original meaning of accelerating Jiangsu’s substantial integration into the Pan-Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone,especially in the sense of traditional plate,but also the“national conditions”of Jiangsu.The first and substantive solution is the basis and premise for the realization of the people’s livelihood sharing strategy of provincial party committee and government and the vision of“strong,rich,beautiful and high”new Jiangsu.
