杭州“拥江发展”视野下淳安县区域产业协调发展研究

Study on Regional Industrial Coordination Development in Chun'an County from the Perspective of “River-supporting Development” in Hangzhou

以"拥江发展"视野下的区域产业协调发展为主题,分析淳安县在"拥江发展"中的战略机遇和当前产业发展面临的重大挑战,提出明确淳安的功能定位,打造杭州都市的大花园;明确淳安的发展边界,打造多规融合的示范区;增强淳安的保护合力,建设共抓保护的新机制以及增强淳安的发展动能,建设城乡统筹的新样板等4方面高标准保护中实现产业的高质量发展转变对策建议。

With the theme of coordinated development of regional industries under the vision of“river-supporting development”,this paper analyses the strategic opportunities and major challenges faced by Chun’an county in“river-supporting development”,puts forward a clear functional orientation of Chun’an,builds a large garden of Hangzhou city,defines the development boundary of Chun’an,and builds a demonstration area of multi-disciplinary integration.It is necessary to strengthen the protection of Chun’an,build a new mechanism of protection,enhance the development momentum of Chun’an,and build a new model of urban-rural co-ordination to achieve high-quality industrial development and transformation in the four aspects of high-standard protection.
