摘要
2017年世界卫生组织(WHO)发布了老年人综合护理指南,概述以老年人为中心的护理目标及护理计划,并提供自我管理支持等老年人综合护理过程中的注意要点。现对该指南主要部分进行解读,旨在为医护人员提供基于循证医学证据的指导,采取适当的措施来识别和管理老年人生理及心理功能下降。
In 2017,the World Health Organization(WHO)issued a"Integrated Caring for Older People"guild,outlining the elderly centered nursing objectives and nursing plans,and providing self-management support and other key points in the process of comprehensive nursing for the elderly.The main part of the guide was interpreted in order to provide evidence-based medical evidence guidance for medical staff and take appropriate measures to identify and manage the decline of physiological and psychological functions of the elderly.
