本文对目前我国采用的皮肤及毛发护理器具的安全标准GB4706.15-2008与国际电工委员会最新颁布的安全标准IEC60335-2-23(ed.6.0)进行了比较分析。IEC标准增加了说明书、铭牌以及产品结构的额外要求,对不同结构产品的具体试验方法进行了更加详细的规定,对电源线180°弯曲试验和旋转连接器具电源线拉扭试验条件更加严格。

This paper compares and analyzes safety standard GB 4706.15-2008 with latest safety standard IEC 60335-2-23(ed.6.0)of appliances for skin or hair care.The changes in IEC standard include new requirements of instruction,label and appliance structure,more specified test methods for different products and stricter test conditions on 180°flex test and pull force test of swivel connection appliance.
