摘要 目的调查分析高校学生调节和非斜视性双眼视功能异常状况。方法选择福建医科大学2014级100名在校学生,依照问卷分数分设无双眼视觉症状组(<21分)和有双眼视觉症状组(≥21分)两组,对两组学生均行双眼屈光检查、双眼视功能检查。结果 100名高校学生中,24人(24.0%)诊断为某种类型的调节和/或非斜视性双眼视觉异常,其中调节异常的检出率为7.0%(7人),非斜视性双眼视异常为17.0%(17人),调节过度(4.0%)和集合不足(8.0%)分别是高校学生最常见的调节功能和非斜视性双眼视功能异常;双眼视觉症状组其双眼视功能异常检出率高于无症状组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高校学生中视疲劳症状者较普遍,双眼视疲劳症状的发生与调节功能和/或非斜视性双眼视功能异常相关。 Objective To investigate the adjustment and non squint binocular vision abnormality in college students. Methods 100 students of Fujian Medical University, grade 2014, according to the scores, they were divided into two groups: the group without binocular vision symptoms(< 21 points) and the group with binocular vision symptoms( ≥ 21 points). Two groups of students were examined for binocular refraction and binocular vision function. Results Among 100 college students, 24(24.0%) were diagnosed with some type of accommodative and/or non-strabismic binocular vision abnormalities, of which 7.0%(7 cases) had accommodative abnormalities, 17.0%(17 cases) had non-strabismic binocular vision abnormalities, and 4.0% had excessive accommodation. Excessive accommodation(4.0%) and insufficient collection(8.0%) are the most common accommodation and non-strabismus binocular dysfunction among college students, respectively. The detection rate of binocular dysfunction in binocular vision symptom group was higher than that in asymptomatic group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). ConclusionVisual fatigue is common in college students. The occurrence of binocular fatigue is related to accommodative and/or non-strabismic binocular dysfunction.
