临床实习压力对医学生心理健康影响的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of the Influence of Clinical Practice Pressure on Mental Health of Medical Students

目的调查和分析临床实习压力对医学生心理健康带来的影响。方法分析资料为2016年4月—2018年4月在本医院实习的100名医学生,分析和调查女性医学生和男性医学生的Beck-Srivastava压力量表指标、症状自评量表SCL-90指标。结果女性医学生就业压力项目评分分数高于男性医学生,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),而女性医学生和男性医学生其他Beck-Srivastava压力量表指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),女性医学生抑郁项目、焦虑项目评分分数高于男性医学生,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),而女性医学生和男性医学生其他症状自评量表SCL-90指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床实习压力会影响医学生的心理健康,导致医学生尤其是女性医学生出现抑郁、焦虑等不良心理。

Objective To investigate and analyze the impact of clinical practice stress on the mental health of medical students.Methods The data analyzed in this paper were 100 medical students who were internships in the hospital from April 2016 to April 2018.The Beck-Srivastava stress scale indicators and symptom self-rating scale SCL-90 indicator were analyzed and investigated for female medical students and male medical students.Results The scores of female medical students'employment stress items were higher than those of male medical students,the difference was significant(P<0.05),while female medical students and male medical students compared with other Beck-Srivastava stress scale indicators,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The scores of depression and anxiety items of female medical students were higher than those of male medical students,the difference was significant(P<0.05),while There was no significant difference in SCL-90 between female medical students and male medical students(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical practice pressure will affect the mental health of medical students,leading to medical students,especially female medical students,suffering from depression and anxiety.
