摘要
目的探究精细化管理在医院管理中的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年10月—2018年8月收治的患者234例,其中117例接受常规管理,为对照组;另外117例接受精细化管理,为观察组。比较分析两组的管理差错发生率、患者投诉率、医院感染发生率以及医院管理满意度。结果观察组医院管理差错发生率(1.71%)、患者投诉率(0.85%)和感染发生率(2.56%)均低于对照组(9.40%、6.84%、11.11%),其医院管理总体满意率(95.73%)则高于对照组(86.32%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论精细化管理在医院管理中应用效果良好,能够有效减少医院不良事件的发生和患者投诉,提高医院管理满意度,有利于改善护患之间的关系,提高患者配合度。
Objective To explore the application effect of meticulous management in hospital management.Methods 234 patients in our hospital from October 2017 to August 2018 were selected,of whom 117 were given routine management as control group,and 117 were given meticulous management as observation group.The incidence of management errors,patient complaints,nosocomial infection and hospital management satisfaction were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The incidence of hospital management errors(1.71%),complaints(0.85%)and infections(2.56%)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(9.40%,6.84%,11.11%),the overall satisfaction rate of hospital management(95.73%)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(86.32%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of fine management in hospital management has a good effect,can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse events and patients complaints,improve hospital management satisfaction,it is helpful to improve the relationship between nurses and patients and improve patients coordination degree.
