大数据时代医院人才引进胜任力素质模型研究 被引量:17

摘要 为深入贯彻落实党中央"五位一体"总体布局,推动"互联网+"时代大数据的应用势在必行。文章旨在将数据分析引入人力资源管理过程中,用科学量化的评价方法甄别引进人才的能力。借鉴了人力资源管理中科学有效的胜任力素质模型工具,与大数据相结合,从管理层、员工层、人力资源部选取人员组成胜任力模型构建小组,多方访谈、测算,结合德尔菲法、关键事件访谈法、问卷法等方法综合运用,试图设计一套普遍适用的胜任力素质模型,引用到公立医院医疗人才引进的过程中,可为公立医院医疗人才引进的招募、人才培养、绩效和薪酬设计提供参考。 In order to thoroughly implement the"Five-in-one"overall layout of the CPC central committee,it is imperative to promote the application of big data in the era of"Internet+".This paper aims at introducing data analysis into the process of human resource management and using scientific and quantitative evaluation method to identify the ability of recruitment,and draws lessons from the scientific and effective competency model tools in human resources management,and combines with big data.This paper tries to design a universal competency model,which can be used in the process of introducing medical talents into public hospitals by means of interviewing and calculating the competency model from management,staff and human resources departments,combining Delphi method,critical event interview method and questionnaire method.It can provide reference for recruitment,personnel training,performance and salary design of medical personnel introduction in public hospitals.
